Pink

Happy Spring everybody from Sunny (yes I said Sunny) Seattle. The weather this week hit the 80 degree mark and it has been stunning in Mother Nature's preview

Whenever I see magnificent color I grab my cell phone and just take pics.I don't know what kind of trees these are all I can say is they are beautiful and fragrant.

So I created a table with a bunch of clippings I got.I just went out in my car with a scissors and clipped some to bring home. Rhododendrons the sizes of dinner plates cherry blossom trees, white lilac, and some kind of purple thingy I've never seen.It didn't have a fragrance more like a shrub but the colors of purple were amazing

I'm sorry my pics are a tad blurry. Both cats were rubbing against my leg while snapping these probably waiting to jump on table to nibble at

these are growing like wildfires all over the place.I can surely appreciate all the rain we have had if it produces Spring flowers like these.

And the scents.WOW white lilac are even stronger than purple

So this table had to come together real fast with no planning only around the flowers I cut.

And of course I opted for soft delicate pink to set the table with

Even the lace tablecloth is hand embroidered with delicate pink flowers

So pretty

All set for a wonderful breakfast.Ummmmm I think I'll make strawberry crepes with lots of whipped creme and sausages that sounds good.

The sweetness of these tiny flowers is so breathtaking.

pink lace

beautiful flowers

makes this a very happy spring pink table
