come on spring

Hello Spring come on we have all been waiting for you

Bring on the birds  the pastel colors eggs and nests

The glassware to match and tiny little bottles that just shout spring

The birds have arrived and landed everywhere

They have even nestled down on to the plates these pretty little bluebirds

 they have flown all over the table from the fabric to the little stands the birds are everywhere

 the softness of the candles can light the brightest corners

 I long for Spring please hurry and get here bring on all your beauty and grandeur your birds,flowers smells glorious colors new lifes and rebirths. Re new us all with the continuous of Seasons the greatest season of all. I want it all. bakers rack

Hello everybody  how are you all this week? Life is moving forward and I purchased this beauty on Craigslist for my new place(when I get one) Although everything in my life has drastically changed in the past two months keeping things that are familiar help to build your Faith  and hope that you will endure even if just some tiny trinkets from your life.

Although I already own a bakers rack I fell in love with this in a heartbeat mainly because it had these little drawers but also because it fits in my room where my bigger one does not.

I pulled a few items out of the storage unit and couldn't resist these mini bunny cake plates on clearance at Tuesday Mornings

I made these adorable little strawberries for a pop of color for a tenth of a yard material.they only took seconds to make.. I don't have a budget that allows any frivolites so buying a tenth of a yard was a luxury

 A few little birds for  hope of spring

 My room is all shabby chic(I'm trying to do shabby chic) and brought out the red that is in my bedspread but love the red among all the softness of the pinks and greens and the white earthen ware pot just looks so bright  between the reds.

 I know there is no rhyme or reason here just things I like,like a green shamrock bowl and pink depression glass bowl holding a hot pink candle and apothecary jar holding some of my napkin rings collection.

my beautiful pink and green plate.Of all my plates I have, this one plate (I own two) is my absolute favorite. I purchased them at Hobby Lobby and they just shout Femininity to me.

I can have a cup of tea if I 'd like

the soft pinks and the tiny floral pattern give me the illusion I have a garden.

A real Valentine's Day

Hello everybody Happy Valentine's Day to to all of you. I went to my storage unit and just bought about eight tubs back so I can play with my dishes

I made two versions of the plate stack one with white chargers one with red. I picked up the small white chargers that match my large snowflake ones and found them at the store I now work in. that was an amazing adventure and now I am employed at two jobs, living rent free, caring for someone who really needs me.

I created a different version of chocolates and hearts and used a red and white dotted block message of BAKE   I found at Michael's I added stars a red feather boa for a little glamangels and cupids

this little angel is holding her heart in her hand draped in pearls on a little red cake plate I grabbed up at half price at Hobby Lobby last week

I made these great Bake in wood letters. Have you seen the variety of letters out there and the ideas of what you can do  with them? AMAZING !!!!and when I get my stuff out and get to re do my hutch it is going to be all red polka dotted so that is why  I went with the Bake

Ooh I have to tell you these are my very first Waterford Crystal goblets in red I just purchased on line are they not spectacular?

Cliff came out of the hospital and when he saw this on his table he said that is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen boy did that make me feel like doing my Happy Dance.

Here is the second set of stack I made one with red hearts and chargers and small white snowflakes and the second one I joined my white snowflake chargers .i found these at the store next to the restaurant that I am now the Pastry Chef at I purchased the large ones at Ikea but never saw the small ones before. I am so happy to be able to play with my own stuff again. Life is really turning around for me and everyday I wake with gratitude for what I will experience every day. I am adjusting to my new life. the changes are all so new  and very rewarding.

I love this little one that sits on the side of a jar or vase or wherever I put him. don't you love the little but?
