under glass

Like other women I love to collect beautiful things and I love to display them under glass
Or maybe they need to go under a glass cloche or on a glass plate or a jar full of antique buttons

I love different sizes of cloches for different size beauties

I can display them depending on my mood or season or just to brighten a room

Ooh let me add some desserts and flowers from the yard.
treasures from my children of long ago

scrapbook paper scrolls and driftwood from Belize

Jars that can be refilled for holiday decor or a quick birthday party

or maybe a tiny bottle picked up in a birds nest

or picked up and treasured from great places like a mountait hike

my siamese cat peeking out  behind the sea shells, beads, driftwood from Patrick's Point
t
add neat things picked along the pathways like dead snake skin, mini pinecones

I can fill them up with anything my heart desires.I can put recipes, child momentos toys flowers
 anything

  1. Hello Susie,
I love cloches and jars too. They come in so many different shapes and sizes and just waiting for something sweet to display underneath. Love the teapot! Enjoy your weekend.

  4. I love your display of cloches! The wonderful collection are more elegant under glass. My blog Tea In Texas you commented on and were asking where I found the red and white stripe tea set. They are Grace's china in their teaware and they are from Home Goods in the Dallas Ft Worth area. Thanks for the lovely comment and for visiting my blog! Have a great 14th!

    1. Pam Hi I have a Home Goods store not even two miles from my home in fact I worked for them and helped open the store. It's funny how each store carries different things based on the areas we live in. My store in El Cajon Ca . had never carried this tea set I know I would have snatched it up in seconds if they had. Again your table was just stunning thanks for stopping by. Susie
