Are you the traditionalist who loves red for Valentine's Day?
With red roses, heart shaped plates, candles ready to be lit?
A glass of champagne or wine, a romantic dinner for two?
Chocolate for dessert, hearts aglow all around?
Or is the softer of pinks more what you are looking for?
maybe the softness of pink roses and lace or some pearls?
Soft pink candle light or maybe a nice cup of tea or coffee afterwards?
Please enjoy your day with whatever suits you just do it with LOVE.
I would be hard put to choose which I liked best. They are both romantic in their particular way.
ReplyDeleteHey Beth you sound like a true romantic it is hard for me to choose too that is why I did two tablescapes because I couldn't choose either. hope you have Happy Valentine's Day what ever you do. Susie
DeleteHi Susan,

ReplyDeleteI collect both pink and red transferware when I can find it. However, I tend to go for a paler pallette of pink for Valentines. I love the pink depression glass! Thank you for sharing and joining me for tea time.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Sandi
It seems I have a new collection that I am in love with Pink depression glass. it has the softest pink color and just so ultimately feminine .And it usually comes at some very high prices so I can only buy very few pieces, these were on Ebay what a steal!.Susie
DeleteLove the reds and pinks!
ReplyDeleteLiz @ Shortbread & Ginger
Hey Liz glad you stopped by thanks for the comment I'm thinking maybe purple next year?Susie
DeleteThey are both so very pretty! I'd be happy with either. I think last year I teamed Red with purple for a table, just to switch it up a bit! As long as you put your ♥ into it, it will be beautiful!
ReplyDeleteKathleen I am going to think on the purple for next year.Oh my I have some shopping to do!Susie
