Cranberry Tablescape

Hi everybody I wanted to do a nice quiet tablescape after the busyness of Christmas and the flooding of color that my house was filled with I felt we needed something more quiet and serene. Where I live at we don't have means to alot of pine cones but we do have lots of Magnolia trees. I gathered a bunch of these pod things and let them air dry for a few days( wanted to kill any  crawly things that might have been in them).

I put them in a cranberry cake plate with several sets of Temp-tations I received for Christmas and wanted to use together. I had picked these pods and spray painted them silver and used them in several places around my house for Christmas. I think they were much prettier than painted pinecones. I want to thank Karen Valentine from White Lace Cottage for helping me with my new blog. She is Wonderful and did an awesome job and I would highly recommend her to everyone. Hope you have a great day.
