blue birds of Spring

YEA Spring is coming. Seattle it is so beautiful in the Spring. everywhere I go I am snapping pics with my phone of the glorious colors that are just Amazing. Remember I'm from San Diego where there isn't a big degree of color change from one season to the next.In my apt bluebirds are everywhere welcoming this new season.

 I love this teal blue bird cage and decided to make a table around it.I love all birds and here in Seattle we aren't having alot of birdsong yet but the Bullfrogs are singing their hearts out.

This just shouts Spring is here to me such pure Joy. How do the dormant trees know when to bloom ? How do the birds know when to sing?

How do flowers know when its time to push thru the soil and open their blossoms to the sun?

Trees are sprouting the most fragrant of flowers.I've seen pinks beyond the imagination,trees of purple, whites and ivories just a rainbow of colors are popping out. Take the time to look around you it is such a gradual transformation that one day you look up from driving or yelling at the kids in the back seat and you see this array of color everywhere.But it has been happening for weeks now not just overnight.Watch the gradual change from gentle buds on the trees to flowering the next week

So take the time to enjoy this huge change of scenery all around us.Witness God's gift of color and beauty as it unfolds around us.I know it has rained alot here and I have surely done my complaining about it ,but now I am seeing the wonder of this as each day  gets prettier and prettier (without alot of sunshine to help) Get out there and enjoy the Spring in your area and just marvel at the sheer beauty and joy in it.Then comeback and connect with our wonderful blogland and all the beauty it represents.Me I'll be following Between Naps on the Porch Confessions of a serial do it yourselfer and so many more.Have  Beautiful spring week of color and blooms.Love Susie
