First Fall tablescape

Hi everybody boy have I had a week. I am trying to play catch up and feel like I am weeks behind  instead of just one.First my hard drive went on the computer sent it out for repairs get it back then the off and on button housing went and had to be sent out again. Then I had to fly to N Cal for the ceremony of life for my brother and I have not  had time to compose a post so this is going to be a rush order this week plus have to get ready for the  Bundt challenge later on .

My inspiration came from Candy at Plum Creek when she made her beautiful white Fall Tablescape and I knew I wanted to try to copy hers using my own twist. I felt the colors were so warm and serene.I used my soup tureen that I also thrifted.

I bought out my good crystal glasses and stayed with white and browns with just little splashes of colors.The placemats were such a steal at Burlington Coat factory I had to do a double take and actually felt like I was on Candid Camera looking around to see who was watching me if I was going to grab them.. clearance for 29 cents  a piece and I was lucky enough to get all four. Plus they are reversible with solid on the back so that means they get to serve double duty and I can use them in a second scape.

 I used my antique creme lace napkins my little white soup bowls and my mini handmade panty hose pumpkins

 I threw some sunflowers and Indian corn for the rusticness and that little bit of color I wanted in it.

 I love how the white looks against the dark brown table

 and found the mini whites at Trader Joes they always have the best selection of the little pumpkins and they last forever
